I am in Sacramento but the wife of one of our oncologists just called me. She is currently in Manhattan NYC and will be there today and tomorrow before flying back to Sacramento. She was diagnosed last week with bilateral chronic sinus venous thrombosis here in Sacramento, but has not seen an ophthalmologist yet and not sure why that happened.. She has not been put on blood thinners.They wanted her to see a neuro ophthalmologist first. I really don't have much history from her at this point but I was concerned that she shouldn't wait to see me Thursday when she flies back but that she should see someone in NYC first.
