    Dear US NANOS members,

NANOS executive board firmly believes in supporting neuroscience research.  Due to the nature of the US funding cuts to neuroscience research, the AAN is hosting a Webinar to address navigating future research funding grant opportunities during these uncertain times.  We want to shine light on this opportunity for NANOS members:

As an active member of the AAN's advocacy community, we'd like to invite you to join us for a joint event with the Society for Neuroscience being hosted virtually on Thursday, October 30th, at 3:30pm CST. This event titled, "Neuroscience Research in Times of Uncertainty" will cover the importance of federal funding to neuroscience research and explain how AAN and SfN members can engage federal policymakers to ensure continued, robust, funding for neuroscience research.

You can register for the webinar here or by clicking the link below. If you have any questions about the event, or want to know more, please contact us at advocacy@aan.com.
