I have a middle aged female patient with CIDP who cannot tolerate IVIg so she has been placed on Vyvant Hytrulo. She has had a long history of downbeating nystagmus and has yet not tried Ampyra.
I cannot find evidence of an adverse drug interaction between these two.
Has anyone ever seen such an adverse drug interaction?
