    Dear WIN members,

    We hope to connect with you at the next leadership book club, which will hosted by Nurhan Torun on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 12pm PST.

    The book next book will take a little more time to read (7hours audiobook) and has exercises to build a practice of leadership skills: "Total Leadership: Be a Better Leader, Have a Richer Life" by Stewart Friedman.  Here is a synopsis of the author's work: https://www.totalleadership.org

    Looking forward to Sunday's book club.  The book Total leadership Is an in-depth workbook on analyzing all the aspects of our lives that we need to balance out In order to thrive as leaders. I'm looking forward to reviewing it with you all.

    Hope to also see you guys at NANOS this year.  WIN and YONO Are doing a combined symposium on " Negotiations" which will include a skills workshop.  The meeting will be so short, I hope everyone has a chance to stay for the whole meeting this year.

    This book is on my list! Unfortunately I've got sister in town at that time so won't likely make the session, but have done some great reading lately and will try for future events!
