    Good morning,

Does anyone have experience with an OCT system that they like to use to image the RNFL and macula in children under anesthesia?

    Thank you,

    Tim

At Nationwide Children's Hospital, we've recently begun using the Heidelberg Spectralis unit under anesthesia as well. This makes it easy to compare with our clinic data, where we also heavily rely on the Spectralis. Same exact user interface and acquisition process. Relatively easy and rapid with a 2-person team - attending and technician.
