    Dear NANOS and AAN Members, 
    The AAN performs a compensation survey annually, and subsequently releases the information to AAN Members (providing free access to the results to individuals who submitted the survey).  We would appreciate if all NANOS members who are also AAN members to complete this 15 minute survey to provide the most up-to-date information regarding compensation and productivity for neurology trained neuro-ophthalmologists.

    Thousands of neurology professionals participate, making this survey the biggest source of compensation data dedicated to neurology in the country. You can use the data dashboard to:

    • Determine fair market value by benchmarking neurology salaries and productivity
    • Gauge demand for neurology services using total patient encounters and appointment wait times
    • See how your peers spend their time between clinical and non-clinical activities
    • Discover other trends like how your peers spend their time, on call rates and duties, etc
